SERVICE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

All equipment sold by us, come with a comprehensive warranty cover against manufacturing defects, backed by the respective manufacturer. We offer onsite support and technical assistance through our affiliate company M/s HVAC SERVICE & SPARES PVT. LTD., a company based in Sri Lanka. HVAC was setup, primarily, to oversee all post sales related services that need to be rendered to the valuable customer base.

Having invested extensively in factory trained service engineers, HVAC has, over the years, built up the capability of handling intricate and complex service and repair tasks, thereby, ensuring minimal downtime to the customer.

We have revolutionized the Sri Lankan market with our ability to turn around repair and replacement tasks with our signature prompt and attentive service ethic.

This is mainly possible, due to the considerable investment ploughed into maintaining a healthy level of critical and sensitive spare parts, thus, ensuring that should the unfortunate and unforeseen occur, our customers, will not have to wait for much long, before the repair or rectification work is carried out.

HVAC is also tasked with the responsibility to ensure that all our customers have committed to a mutually beneficial maintenance contract to ensure the expensive HVAC capital equipment they have investment in, is maintained and service in a timely and scheduled manner.
